    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Freelance Business Development and Strategic Support Specialist, preferably based in Singapore, with a strong network and market knowledge in Korea and Japan, to join our dynamic team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, securing funding, and providing exceptional client support in these regions. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's market presence in Singapore, Korea, and Japan, and achieve revenue targets.

    - Leverage existing contacts and networks in Korea and Japan to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

    - Build relationships with potential clients and partners in the specified regions.

    - Lead the preparation of pitches, proposals, and presentations for new business opportunities, tailored to the cultural and business norms of Singapore, Korea, and Japan.

    - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that support business development efforts in the target markets.

    - Manage and maintain existing client relationships in Singapore, Korea, and Japan, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

    - Provide strategic support to senior management in the development of long-term business plans and initiatives, with a focus on international expansion.

    - Secure funding through grants, investments, or other financial instruments to support business growth and new projects, including cross-border ventures.

    - Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategies and identify trends and opportunities in Singapore, Korea, and Japan.

    - Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients and partners in the specified regions.

    - Support the development of new products or services in line with market demand in Singapore, Korea, and Japan, and company goals.

    - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget, considering international logistics and cultural differences.

    - Monitor and report on business development metrics and KPIs to measure performance and inform strategic decisions, with a focus on international operations.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    - Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a similar role, with a focus on international markets, particularly Singapore, Korea, and Japan.

    - Proven track record of securing funding and developing successful business partnerships, preferably with experience in the specified regions.

    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate cultural differences.

    - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a global perspective.

    - Experience with CRM software and other business development tools.

    - Fluency in English, and proficiency in Korean or Japanese languages is highly desirable.

    - Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed, including potential international travel.

    - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, across different cultures and time zones.
